- He is the founder and Executive Director of the Akhuwat Foundation.
- He provides consultancy services to different organizations including International Labour Organization, Asian Development Bank, UNICEF, World Bank, and Canadian International Development Agency.
- Established in 2001, Akhuwat was the first organization in Pakistan.
