Saudi-Kuwait 650km-long railway set to complete by 2028

The 650km-long railway community connecting Saudi Arabia to Kuwait is estimated to be accomplished by 2028. The community will shorten journey time to 2 hours.

The railway will begin from Al Shaddadiya in Kuwait and move by means of Riyadh metropolis, in accordance with officers on the ministry of public works.

The mission will include three phases; the primary part is finding out the mission and analysing the route, which can take roughly three months. Procedures and approvals for the primary part are nearly accomplished, as reported by the officers.

The second is the design part and it has been given a one-year time-frame. The third is the execution of the mission, which can take three years.

The gap between Kuwait metropolis and Riyadh is estimated at 650 km and research present that after the mission turns into operational in 2028, the journey time between the 2 cities can be down to 2 hours, they added.
