Who is Pervaiz Elahi ?

Pervaiz Elahi is a Pakistani politician who served as the first and only Deputy Prime Minister of Pakistan ( 2013). He also served as Chief Minister of Punjab from 2002 to 2007.

Pervaiz Elahi begun his political career after electing as the chairman of district council of Gujrat ( 1983 ).
From 1985 to 1993, Elahi served as Provincial Minister for Local Government and Rural Development for a period of eight years.
