He was sentenced to imprisonment till the rising of the court and imposed fine of 100,000 ( RS ) under the article 204 .

Talal is ineligible to contest election for the next five years and hold any public office.

The Supreme Court had taken suo motu notice on February 1,2018 of his anti-judiciary remarks . The verdict in the case was reserved on July 11,2018, .

The decision was announced by a three-judge bench headed by Justice Gulzar Ahmed.

Talal Chaudhry can challenge his conviction in the Supreme Court of Pakistan.

بٹگرام: پاک فوج کے جوانوں کو انتخابی ڈیوٹی کے بعد پولنگ اسٹیشن سے واپس لانے والی جیپ گہری کھائی میں جا گری جس کے باعث 5 فوجی جوان شہید جبکہ ایک زخمی ہوگیا۔

ذرائع کے مطابق یہ افسوسناک واقعہ خیبر پختونخوا کے ضلع بٹگرام کی یونین کونسل بٹخول کے کرین خوار نامی علاقے میں پیش آیا۔

اس حوالے سے بنہ پولیس اسٹیشن کے حکام کا کہنا تھا کہ تباہ ہونے والی گاڑی میں سوار آرمی جوان انتخابات کے دوران اپنے فرائض کی انجام دہی کے بعد واپس آرہے تھے۔

بٹگرام آتے ہوئے راستے میں گاڑی جس میں فوجی جوان سوار تھے، ڈرائیور کے قابو سے باہر ہو گئی اور گہری کھائی میں جا گری۔

واقعے کی اطلاع ملتے ہی فوجی اہلکار، مقامی افراد اور پولیس جائے حادثہ پر پہنچے اور لاشوں اور زخمی کو نکال کر بٹ گرام میں واقع ڈسٹرک ہیڈ کوارٹر ہسپتال منتقل کیا۔

گاڑی میں سوار فوجی جوانوں کی شناخت حوالدار حمید، نائیک لقمان، جمشید، رمیز اور مدثر کے نام سے ہوگئی۔
